Who can help me to choose?
I don’t know which game should I buy: School days or Starry Sky?
I know they are very different stories, but I’ve never played this kind of game and I like both. I saw the School days anime and I’m currently watching Starry Sky. So, If you have played any of them, could you recommend me which one should I buy?

Alter Ego
playalterego.comWhat if you could live your life over again?
Alter Ego is an online life simulation browser game. (It’s hard to explain.)
(These guys are also trying to work on a gay, lesbian, bisexual version I believe. I believe they’ve also started thinking about how to make it so both of your parents are of the same sex. Granted, it has a lot of other things it could do, but it’s a good start! Try it out!)
I have a new idea for a game
What if there was a farmville-like simulation game where you take on a role of a new professor, and you’re given an in initial budget and a grad student. And from there you can buy lab equipment, do experiments, and publish papers, which would raise your stats. Eventually you’ll be managing multiple grad students, undergrads, post docs, etc. You can “write grants”, which is using real money to get more in-game money. When other professors visit you (aka your friends) you can get little gifts for your lab, like extra supplies. And there can be special events players from all over the world can attend to get exclusive items (conferences).
Imagine reliving your life
Try playing “Alter Ego”. “What if you could live your life over again?”. It’s a life simulation game that lets you choose steps and lets you live through all the stages of your life until you die. Lots of fun and a great way to waste time! (Especially when you’re bored)
Do you play Simulation Games on the move?
- We all love our Sim games and carry them with us wherever we go. Who wouldn't want to bast a massive twister upon his city or feed his Spore creature while waiting for his latte.
- But do mobile devices really give these games proper screen real estate, sound and gameplay experience than our desktops do back home? With Trainz now on the iPad, Simcity and Sims3 on iPhones, the simulation gaming industry has taken are now adapting existing titles to the small screen (no not TV). But do these games offer the same fidelity as the desktop version?
- Since simulation games are all about realism, do you think your mobile device takes away from the genuine experience? or adds to it? Share your story.
