Dear tumblies,
I’m still on hiatus, for the most part. I’m lurking here and there, but I still need a couple more weeks to continue to work on some things in my life. It’s been a productive, if difficult, time for me. I think sometimes life presents you with pain, challenges, and work that precede (I hope!) positive change. I’m doing my best to meet this particular set of challenges with everything I’ve got.
I did feel the need to express my gratitude, however, now and not later. In the thick of a very difficult time, a lot of you have messaged me and emailed me to check in. This has warmed my heart and meant the world to me. You’ve put a smile on my face, made me feel wonderful and I thank you.
Pamela, Amanda, and Rebecca, I can’t thank you enough for the support, the emails, the text messages, the beautiful fic (uuggghhh my feels, Pamela), the check-ins, and all the listening you’ve done over the last month. I love you dearly. I’ve depended on you, and you’ve let me, and this would have been much harder without you. So much love and gratitude to you that I can’t think of words in English that would do the feelings justice. Maybe Rebecca could help me find them in Latin.
