28.10.11: I HUGGED SHIMMYYY

(Typing from my iPod at 1:00AM cause’ my Internet turned off >: )

So I met shimnycocopufsss AKA Daniel Shim for the first time ever! Is this weird? I was like, this little Asian fangirl when I first saw him. (I unleashed the unknown fangirl inside of me o;) I went to the Korean Wave event down in Eglington and when I saw Shimmy hosting the event, I was like, “Omg he’s real.” LOL.

Basically I subscribed to him when I was like, in grade seven which was four years ago (Back when he made that Asian hair tutorial)? And when I found out he was Canadian and lived in Ontario it was like, hope for me to bump into him or meet him but yeah, I met him four years later. BUT THAT IS OKAY.

I was waiting in line to take a photo with him. I was like, A METER AWAY FROM HIM and I was just so happy. Like honestly holy crap. I’m sooooo shy when it comes to seeing people like him (famous youtuber) but I was like, “I WANT A PHOTO WITH HIM… ;___;” and my sister was there to kind of push me to take that photo. So when I was in the line, my heart was kind of beating fast from excitement! >

I was kind of speechless knowing that I was standing next to him so he said hi first and stuck out his hand to shake mine. I don’t remember asking him for a hug (maybe I just spreaded my arms mentally saying, “I WANNA HUG YEEEW”) but he replied back by accepting the hug motion but uh. I kind of bumped my head against his chin when we hugged (I’m sorry Shimmy ;___; I can’t help but be short) and I asked if we can do the heart sign thing even though I totally suck at doing them. ButbutBUT, he fixed my half heart going, “Here, I’ll fix that heart!” He’s so nice and cool! *___* (omg he’s touched my hand LOL. -fangirl mode: ON.-)

And then he rested his cheek on my head (!!!) and we took the photo. I swear, my smile has never ever been so big (or so I remember), and my sister agreed.

Awgh, I’m just so happy right now. LIKE, on our hour ride back to Kipling I kept on bouncing my feet against the floor chanting, “I took a photo with Shimmmyyy yaaaay!” and “Eeeep!” ; 3; Smiling as I’m typing this, gosh, I’m so creepy… And happy. >____
