PLEASE WATCH DC NATION 3/16/13!!!!

ATTENTION ALL FANDOMS! I KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND THE PAIN OF LOOSING A SHOW, AND OTHERS NEVER RESCUED IT OR IT BARELY JUST GOT BACK TO A SEASON… BUT PLEASE, HELP THE DC NATION FANDOM OUT!

THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO OTHER CARTOON (NOT LIVE ACTION ‘ARROW’ EX.) SHOWS SHOWCASING DC COMIC BOOK CHARACTERS (AVENGERS DOESN’T COUNT EVEN IF A CHARACTER FROM DC COMICS IS IN IT THEY ARE AU AND AT!) FOR MANY PEOPLE OF ALL AGES TO ENJOY! IT IS ONE OF THE ONLY SHOWS CURRENTLY BEING PUT UP FOR GOODBYE DC NATION OH WAIT HERES ANOTHER SUPERHERO SHOW CONTRADICTION!

(I LOVE TT AS MUCH AS THE REST OF YOU BUT I AM WORRIED ABOUT THIS NEW FORMAT, OKAY? JUST AN OPINION DON’T DESTROY ME! >-<)

GREEN LANTERN HAS NEVER BEEN A CARTOON (BY ITSELF YES I AM AWARE THERE WERE CHARACTERS IN JL AND JLU AND OTHER SERIES). I didn’t take to it at first because of the similarity of it to SWCW’s and the movie coming out of GL made me just sigh and facepalm more. By the time I got into it, IT BEGAN TO BE ALREADY TOO LATE.

IF WE DON’T GET ENOUGH VIEWS FOR YJ TOMORROW AND GL WITHIN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, THESE SHOWS WILL BE SCRAPPED OFF BY CN WHO HAS IN THE PAST TAKEN OFF MANY SHOWS WE LOVED. PLEASE WATCH IT (AS IN LEAVE THE TV ON OR PUT IT ON A TIMER SETUP, THEY DO NOT INCLUDE THE DVR’S IN THE COUNTS as far as I know/have heard) EVEN IF YOU JUST MUTE IT YOU DON’T HAVE TO WATCH IT.

JUST HELP US-PLEASE-EVEN IF YOU DON’T WATCH IT OR READ COMICS I HOPE YOU ALL KNOW WHAT IT’S LIKE TO HAVE A SERIES CANCELLED AND NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO THEY DON’T BRING IT BACK. CONTACT CN, TWITTER, TUMBLR, ETC. BY POSTING, TWEETING, EMAILING, AND YES CALLING THEM. TELL THEM “KEEP THE DC NATION!”

So I’m sure some of you saw this

And that’s super fantastic! I mean 2.1 and 1.7 million views, who wouldn’t be happy with that?

However, looking through a bit more, I saw this

The Sunday re-airings went down, a lot.

While it’s great to support the shows when they first air, it’s also good to watch them when they aren’t brand new. CN probably wants long term loyalty, and won’t renew something that a ton of people watch once and then never again.

So I guess what I’m trying to say is watch on Saturday, and watch again on Sunday too if you can.

Even if you don’t know what the hell kind of shows these are, do me a favor and sign the petition? It’ll only take 5 minutes of your time at most, and it would mean the world to me and at least 20,000 other people <3

At least now we know why Bart didn't know much about why Wally wasn't mentioned much in the History in his time.

I watched ENDGAME and I forgot how to feel... then after the show a Promo aired and they had the nerve to say there would be a "NEW" episode next week....AND THEN I REMEMBERED HOW TO RAGE!

I’ve been getting all sorts of shuffled around on their phone lines. I finally got to a comment line or something today, so I left my contact information there, and hopefully I’ll get called back. Anyone have any ideas of specific people I might contact? I’ve got the email addresses of some CN figures, I suppose I could always contact them if the comment line thing fails. I don’t suppose anyone here might know a better tack?

GLTAS and Young Justice

Green Lantern and Young Justice today has made me so depressed that not even lesbian porn here on tumblr can cheer me up. Yes, I am actually so sad that lesbian porn has failed to cheer me up. I have never hit such a low.

OK so is it safe to say there might be a paradox with Bart if he stops Black Beatle?

like if they finally stop him would Bart cease to exist at that moment because he wouldn’t have to go back?

I feel like #That’sJustWhatWeDo should be one of the trends next week. Not only is it a great quote but it fits the situation well. We’re obsessive fans and we would do anything for our fandoms. This is what we do.

So, I finished my letter to Cartoon Network. Holding off on sending the box because my brother and I are disorganized and he may very well want to write a letter to send with it, but I’m planning on getting it in on Monday at the latest.

Gah I am weepy this fine… morning thing. But it’s written, so there’s the important part. Now I’ve basically got everything and it’s just a matter of assembly.

guys do what you can okay? i don’t have twitter so my fb status and here are my words of the sword. i hope to affect others even though i’m not populaur and don’t get asked questions often (which i would love btw), because i want to introduce them to this wonderful world depsite our own fandoms issues. so please, do what you can!

ps- i have read two of the comics now thanks to my library i know it ain’t the same as buying them but i just can’t spend too much of my money, okay? i did buy a dvd as i posted recently. i have at least two of my guy friends (one did like the show but fell out of it) and the other is still watching it (he can borrow my dvd when he gets there) plus his brother is a fan, and i know of at least a few people on polyvore who like it. oh, and one kid in one of my classes as well! :)

Can We Have ONE Tag to Compile ALL "Save DC Nation" Efforts?

I have seen all the YJ/GLTAS posts being posted to their respective tags (Young Justice, Green Lantern, etc.), but those efforts are interpos(t)ed with fanart, etc. (not that that is wrong), but it’s hard to sift through everything to get information on the fan response. I think if we tag ALL fan actions with something like #save DC Nation, we’ll have a clearing house to go to to organize ourselves.

Of course, that would mean we would need to continue tagging with ALL the tags, as well as the new tag - AND CONTINUALLY PROMOTE THE NEW TAG SO PEOPLE GO THERE!

Is it a good idea? is it do-able?
