You know, it hit me that Mike is the Blaine of Tartie. Artie and Tina were supposed to be together and endgame, Kurt and Sam were supposed to be together and endgame. Tina changed everything about herself to be with Mike. Kurt changed everything about himself to be with Blaine. Sam wasn't around for the first 7 episodes, Artie barely had 7 lines in 7 episodes. Tina's only storyline is propping Mike, Kurt's only storyline is propping Blaine.
I feel like in some respects Tina, like Kurt, is FINALLY getting bits of herself back lately.
But omg this is so accurate. Tike was supposed to be a several-episode fling, and Blaine was supposed to be a mentor around for three episodes.
I saw a post that said “Tike is the straight version of Klaine”. Since I hate both ships, that’s probably right…
he could have a fake id and lie about his age. it makes no sense to bring him back as a senior since they’ll have to write him out again so soon, nothing makes sense
