it’s insanely windy outside. but i love it. a breeze in texas is rare enough to take advantage of when we have it. except this is more of a gale force wind than a breeze. oh well it’s nice. but there are raging fires going on. like more than 14,000 acres have been burned, so the air is kinda smokey.

me, stef, viky and mallory drove out to driftwood today for some bbq at the salt lick (aka best place ever) and we had to wait an hour and twenty minutes, but it was sooooo worth it. and it was nice to just hang outside with my girls while we were waiting. the drive home was fun too since all these amazing songs were playing and it was so fun to go 70, windows down, music blasting singing yelling along with my favorites (minus zoey since she’s out of town).

as soon as we got home viky bailed to hang out with some kid half an hour away and stef went to her boyfriends. so i’m here on my balcony, writing this, trying to figure out what i should do. i’ll probably end up doing absolutely nothing, what’s new.

i guess i’ll write about last night.
