  1. do whatever you need to do to feel safe 
  2. even if its weird like sleeping with the TV or music on or completely avoiding some people
  • just do whatever you need to do to feel safe in any environment its very important to me that you’re all ok

-Your mental health is more important than your GPA. 

-You don’t ever have to make room in your life for people who put you down and make you feel small. 

-You don’t need anyone’s validation or approval in order to feel good enough. 

-Thin is not synonymous with health, happiness, or beauty. 

-You don’t have to do things perfectly to experience growth and make progress. 

-Your happiness is important, you’re important, and you deserve to make your wellbeing a priority.
