This is a very sound outline of what a rich, balanced diet should generally include. I like that fact that this highlights the need to limit refined grains, instead emphasising whole-grain bread, pasta and rice, while encouraging fruits and vegetables of all colours, the reason for which I have discussed in this blog.

It's impossible to get whole wheat bread in my house

Unless its stale….so now I will refuse to eat their refined grains even if I have to use normal bread as a bun
