friendly reminder that your body is a small aspect of your whole being and that you are comprised of so much more than how you look in the mirror~(✿◠‿◠) (◉‿◉✿)(ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ

Things that don’t exist in recovery:

  • Eating too much
  • Gaining too fast
  • Not doing enough yoga
  • Not eating enough oatmeal
  • Not being ‘sick enough’ to recover.
  • Eating too much junk food

I tend to hold all my feelings in and keep them bottled up away from everyone until nights like this when I feel alone and cry myself to sleep, wishing the sadness would disappear.
