Considering going raw 'till 4.

I could never go vegan, let alone raw. I MIGHT be able to do vegetarian, but I frankly have no desire to. 

This is mostly for my mood, and to help me recover from this cold. It’s fact that fresh fruits and veggies lift your mood and energize you.

“Raw ‘till 4” refers to eating raw until 4pm and then eating cooked foods for dinner (though still vegan/vegetarian).

I am going to start tomorrow. 

This is my first time doing ANYTHING like this, soooo recipes/encouragements are welcome!

beginning a semi-raw diet

I realized I have been very cruel to my body, my temple, recently. I am attempting to go on a semi-raw diet.

Here is my plan I am going to try to stick to:

↑ fresh fruits
↑ vegetables
↑ leafy greens
↑ nuts
↑ high-quality “gluten-free” grains: amaranth, millet, quinoa, sorghum, teff
↑ local, organic
↑ dairy-free
↑ nut milks (almond, cashew)
↑ agave nectar, honey
↑ sushi

↓ sugar
↓ carbs
↓ sugary foods
↓ anything GMO (wish I could ✖ it, but it’s almost impossible around my area)
↓ dairy
↓ meats

✖ corn syrup
✖ gluten grains (wheat, barley, rye)
✖ bread
✖ pasta
