I got to see my favorite band of all-time, an alt-country band called The Mavericks who have reunited after ten years. I have loved them since I was four years old, and although I’ve been to the lead singer’s solo shows and hung out with him, I’ve never met the rest of the gang. My mum and them go way back, but I was exploding with giddiness.
Was possibly the best night of my life. My face hurts from smiling.
