Q: If you could have an endless supply of food, what would it be?

Chef Rafael: Defiently, Cured Meats! 

 

Q: If you were an ice cream flavor, what would you be?

Chef Rafael: Guava & Cream Cheese

 

Q: What is one goal youwould like to accomplish?

Chef Rafael: See my kids grow into great people and have their own families.

 

Q: Who is your hero?

Chef Rafael: My mother, I am blessed to be her son.

 

Q: What are your hobbies?

Chef Rafael: Reading and cleaning up after my kids.

 

Q: What don’t you like?

Chef Rafael: Popcorn.

 

Q: What is the weirdest thing you have eaten?

Chef Rafael: Balut*.

 

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in the summer?

Chef Rafael: Sand castles with my kids.
