spectrum.ieee.organd since i’m in such a touchy-feely mood today you can also have robots meeting and recognizing other robots. it is also a push towards a certain self-awareness in robots. the article itself points out that it is still a case of robots executing code we give them, which is true, but i don’t think it discounts the progress towards general intelligence. maybe it’s time i write some actual content about my feelings on this haha.
