D=OUT vo.Kouki Hospitalized
Having released their new single ROMAN REVOLUTION and made their major debut on 7/27, visual kei band D=OUT’s vocalist, Kouki, has now been hospitalized. The urgentneed for throat surgery had become apparent.
The release of D=OUT’s first photobook on 10/21, their V ROCK FESTIVAL performance on 11/23, their year-end live at Shibuya AX, and their 12/31 Countdown live will still take place. The band hopes to console their fans with this information.
While in the hospital, Kouki said, “I’m going to get D=OUT deficiency after a little while! I want to see everyone again at our lives soon!” With that strong comment, please look forward to his recovery.
[Eng Trans] BORN's KIFUMI's still on hiatus; his latest blog post
twitlonger.com11:13PM PST edit: It’s been brought to my attention that his hiatus, according to various other translations was supposed to go from 2/23 through 3/16. However, his blog post was posted 3/16. I will be looking into this right now.
11:26PM PST edit: His blog is going on hiatus, however, he hasn’t tweeted or blogged since 3/16. Though he is supposedly back in action, I will confirm this in a few hours’ time. Breaking the link until this gets sorted out.
8:52AM: Fixed link as I listen to BORN radio. The BORN OHP says that KIFUMI won’t be participating in the polaroid meet & greets that run from 4/30~6/02. I’m concluding that he’s back, but because there are no lives with which to meet everyone, he wrote his post with this in mind. I don’t know why the OHP says he will be gone again, possibly through July, even, but I’ll try to keep you all updated if I learn anything new.
10:07AM Final Update: Ryoga just confirmed on BLACK THEORY RADIO STAR (that aired 7 hours ago) that Kifumi is indeed still on break. He then mentioned what I told you above about the polaroid meet. yey that’s all from me. :)
