30 Day CDC Day 3&4: Project Seraphim
I forgot to post this yesterday, so here’s a two for one special.
3.) Name one scar your character has, and tell us where it came from. If they don’t have any, is there a reason?
Shimari: She has several on the inside of her forearms, up towards the elbow. They’re all from the same thing, so I’ll count them as one. She struggles with self-harm. I shouldn’t really have to say more.
Azrael: He has one scar that’s pretty prominent, and it’s the one on the left side of his mouth. It starts just at the side of his nose, cuts through his lips, and ends at the edge of the chin. It was a flaw that occurred in his creation, due to a disruption in the process, and is one of the reasons he’s called “the Flawed One.”
Michael: He only has one. It’s a horizontal, self inflicted, stab wound scar on the left side of his chest, just below the location of the heart, between the ribs. It was a personal way to ease his guilt of stripping Lucifer’s wings.
Raphael: Raphael has no scars. He’s a healer, so it’s just a natural thing for him to do. None of his “scars” are visible.
4.) How vain is your character? Do they find themselves attractive?
Shimari: Mari doesn’t really think highly of her looks, really. She doesn’t think of herself as attractive, but not necessarily ugly, either. She finds herself on the lower end of average in her own mind. Her confidence tends to be more in her talents: her singing, bass playing, or dancing. But said confidence has it tendency to wane fairly often. Struggling with her self-esteem is a part of her on-going battle with depression.
Azrael: Azrael is not vain at all. He has confidence in his abilities, but knows there’s always room for improvement. Unless, you know, it’s harvesting. That’s… what he’s made for. Harvesting souls. He deals with the dead most of the time, and putting airs for the souls he’s taking to judgment just seems to be a waste of time and energy. Leaves him a bit indifferent about his appearance, even when he’s forced to be human for a while.
Michael: He’s confident without being arrogant. He knows what he’s good at, and what he’s not. He’s not exactly boastful, but he doesn’t mind vocalizing his confidence. And he’ll never say anything he can’t back up in one way or another. And as far as his appearance? Well, he knows he’s not ugly. So he guesses he’s got something going for him in that regard. Kid’s got charisma and a handsome smile, even if he’s a bit dense.
Raphael: Raph is far too modest, and his modesty sometimes goes as far as to be self-depreciating without meaning to be. He should really learn how to take a compliment. He also see his looks as fairly average, nothing special. Then again, he kind of goes out of his way to be that way.
30 Day CDC Day 1: Project Seraphim
I know. Kinda a dumb name. But it’s a working title for my comic project so whatevs.
1.) Describe your character’s relationship with their mother or their father, or both. Was it good? Bad? Were they spoiled rotten, ignored? Do they still get along now, or no?
Chracters: Shimari, Azrael, Michael, Raphael

So, uh-- random question: What sorts of modern casual clothes would you think the following characters would wear? In other words, describe their sense of style! Meth, Candi, Lucifer, Uriel, Amythien, and Raziel. (Totally not for chibi fanart purposes *casually whistles*)
;A; I love your art. I’ll go ahead and describe them, and maybe whip up a polyvore or something for you later, when I have a bit more time.
Meth: Anything that attracts attention, and relatively form fitting. She draws attention to her assets. She’s a succubus, and in a human form, she’s going to be rather sultry. However, she ironically doesn’t show a lot of skin. Like, a tease by seeing but being denied sort of thing. Tight, low rise pants, tight blouse that might be relatively low cut, pair of heels or boots sort of deal. Sexy yet classy.
Candi: If it’s girly, frilly, flowery, and modest, she’ll wear it. I see her with the “vintage” vibe that’s popular now. Floral prints, pastels, billowy shirts, flowy skirts, and lots and lots of sundresses. Sandals and ballet flats as far as shoes go, mostly.
Lucifer doesn’t wear clothes. He does what he wants. And that’s usually naked. If he has to make a human appearance though, think Rayflo if he actually buttoned his shirt. It common belief that Saboor dresses him or something.
Uriel: Sporty, and simple. Jeans, t-shirt, sneakers. She share’s Azrael’s philosophy. “Wuteva”.
Amythien: Similar to Candi. Though, less patterns, and more jeweltones.
Raziel: Suits. Definately suits. But no tie. They’re restricting. Reading glasses too. Rest low on his nose. Makes him look fittingly pretentious.
Which Seraphim character would be most likely to eat another member of the cast?
INTERESTING QUESTION
Technically, Raphael does. I can’t tell you who, or why, though. Since it pretty much spoils a portion of the plot. But he practically eats somebody.
Though I could see Saboor doing it just because he can, and to see what happens. I need to draw that kid, more.

2.) What are your characters most prominent physical features?
Shimari: Probably the fact she keeps her hair a pretty vibrant shade of green, which really accents the blue of her eyes.
Azrael: He has three that stand out. His height (even for an angel), his eyes (their pale, sea green color, and the fact they’re so expressive), and his nose (It’s very characteristic).
Michael: His smile. It’s one that’s ridiculously contagious. He’s also got a pretty nice butt.
Raphael: Raphael goes a bit out of his way to be “average” as far as appearances, so nothing about him really stands out at first glance. But there’s his hands. Raphael is a very tactile person, and his hands really reflect that. You can tell they’re very used, with the tips of his fingers being relatively calloused. But his touch is strangely soft and gentle.
