Judge To Lindsay Lohan: Go To JAIL!
THE DIRTY: Lindsay Lohan had her day back in court to face the judge who cracked her for violating her probation when she got kicked out of her community service program for not showing up. The judge sentenced her to 30 days in County jail with no chance of house arrest or monitoring, having to report by November 9th. She is also required to do 12 days of community service and 4 psychotherapy sessions before her next court date December 14th, followed by a strict psychotherapy and community service schedule that goes through the end of March. If she can follow the schedule, then she’ll get non-reporting probation. If she fouls this up, she faces 270 days in jail!
