An attorney for the ACLU said she hoped a resolution will be reached within a few days.

York, PA -The American Civil Liberties Union said Tuesday that discussions with the Red Lion Area School District over a dispute concerning its gender identity practices have been “productive.”
The dispute arose after the district placed the name of Issak Oliver Wolfe, whose legal name is Sierra Stambaugh, on the ballot for prom queen instead of prom king.
The ACLU is requesting an apology to Wolfe for embarrassment caused by the district’s refusal to recognize Wolfe’s gender identity and for retribution threatened after Wolfe’s girlfriend posted comments critical of the district in a public forum.”

B) Why are they doing market research on us? These are market research questions.
C) Seriously, is this a faux poll bait with market research intentions?
D) If so, at least they’re getting info on the wrong constituency.
