Oh, how lovely this duo is. The Civil Wars recently gained some of their biggest fame by taking home the Grammys for best folk album and best country duo performance this past Sunday. They’ve also recently released a track for the Hunger Games with country princess Taylor Swift. The chemistry between these two is palpable through their music. I love how they aren’t quite folk or country, but more of a phenomenal combination between the two. As Joy Williams is quoted saying, ““I think it’s fun the fact that we can’t be pigeon-holed into one or the other. That’s just fine with us.”
