September 12th 2010;; BEST DAY OF MY SUMMER

I had the most amazing experience ever. I went to the MTV VMA’s to see Justin Bieber perform live. When I first requested the tickets from 1iota.com I honestly thought they would be all out. Buttttttt they weren’t. :D I literally screamed as I confirmed my two tickets (good thing I was home alone..lol) I didn’t really think much of it until I was on my way to downtown LA that I realized I WAS FINALLY GOING TO SEE JUSTIN PERFORM LIVE AND FOR FREE.

While waiting in the heat at about 11 a.m., my friend Alex & I made new friends..Beliebers are so nice. Haha. We found ways to pass the time by singing Justin’s songs at the top of our lungs not caring who heard. X] Check in time finallllly comes at 2 p.m. We got our wristbands and were just chillen waiting to walk over to the stage. Justin tweeted saying he was performing at 6:20 and it was barely gonna be 4. TWO MORE HOURS OF WAITING? UGH. But it was for Justin, so I stuck it out.

We started walking to the stage at about 5something. By the time we got there it was about 5:40..which meant forty minutes until he performed! 6 o’ clock came around and people were already starting to push and scream. I was getting really annoyed at this point. Not to mention I was looking a hot mess. How lovely riiight? Anyway, we were waiting and who do we see coming up the stage?! Dan Kanter. Hahaha. A bunch of people immediately start singing “Dan Kanter…We wrote this song for you…” lol..It was pretty funny. Legaci got on stage and from where we were standing you could see his backup dancers and manager Scooter Braun.

After about 15 more long minutes we hear Kim Kardashian introducing Justin. I WAS FREAKING OUT. JUSTIN BIEBER WAS ABOUT TO COME ON STAGE!!! He runs on stage and changes out of his jacket and I seriously could not believe how close I was to him. When I first saw him..I couldn’t help it, I started crying. I couldn’t believe I was actually there. I was practically inches away from the boy whose music puts a smile on my face everyday. I can’t imagine how I’ll be at his concert in October.

He looked so little and has the most beautiful eyes. If you think he looks good in pictures…trust it is NOTHING compared to the real thing. HE IS BEAUTIFUL. His performance was amazing, as you have probably seen on MTV..AND HE DID SING LIVE. Just not during Somebody to Love. (: When his performance was finished he thanked us and I believe he said I love you all, I’m not sure because I was still in complete shock being there. I wish I could have thanked HIM.

About 5 hours of waiting. No food except ice cream. Nearly got trampled by screaming little childrens trying to be first in line. All for one sixteen year old boy to perform for about 6 minutes. Was it worth it? EVERY LAST SECOND.

A million DMs to Justin could not express how proud I am of him. Sadly, He’ll never know.
