For anyone who wants to tone up/lose weight
Before each shower do:
~50 jumping jacks
~30 second plank adding more time as it gets easier
~20 lunges (in place) alternating legs for the duration of your favorite song with a fast beat—keep up with the beat
I’ve been doing this for a couple weeks and I could tell I was more toned within a few days. Just keep to it and you’ll see results very soon—I promise.
