    Summer Weight Loss Plan.

    Current weight: 116lbs.
    Goal weight: 106lbs.
    Reasons:
    ~ Get back into good shape.
    ~ Get a flat tummy. ) . (
    ~ Tone legs and butt. c;
    ~ More confidence. (Despite the fact I won’t be showing off my body in a bathing suit this summer.)
    ~ Honestly, to feel sexy when I have sex. XD coolstorybro.
    Actions:
    - Either jog, or swim laps for an hour or two.
    - Work out: Zumba, Dance Central, Insanity, Tybo, Yoga, home training.
    - Strict diet: Healthy foods, no soda, vitamins, supplements, NO REWARDS.
    - 500 Day Caloric watch. (Separate post)

    What-to-do list for Thursday

    1. Buying the exuisite chocolates for my best best-friend’s birthday - that means 20 minutes walk to the train station, 20 minutes by train to the next town and 10 minutes by the oublic transport near the shop… And the same way back… It better should be worth it…
    2. Studying French for my exam.
    3. Reading the rofl book about travelling in the UK.
    4. Swimming.

    Plan and Shopping List.

    Tomorrow I don’t need to go into uni so I don’t need to be anywhere until I start work  at 5pm, and as the 1st of June, this means it gives me an excellent day of sorting things out!

    I’m going to get up at around 8am, head the gym for an hour or so.

    I’ve also run out of groceries (Which ended up in me having weetbix for dinner, way too much carbs today) so I’ll head to the grocery store once I’ve had a shower. 

    Then I’m going to tidy up the last 2 rooms in the house that need tidying. My boyfriends fuckwit parents are coming to get the last of his things (our kitchen table and our bedroom drawers) so I have to make sure the house is absolutely spotless. I wont be home obviously, screw that I don’t want to see them. 

    After that I need to do some study, hopefully finish my assignment and start on study for my exam next week. 

    Then it is off to work for 10 hours :( . 

    So anyway. At the grocery store, this is what I’ll be buying:

    • Fresh fruit that is in season and cheap. 
    • Salad greens.
    • Bananas for my protein shakes. 
    • Fresh fish from the deli - what ever is cheap. 
    • Eggs
    • Tuna
    • Kumara (sweet potato)
    • Old fashioned oats. 
    • Almonds
    • Avocado. 
    • Brown rice cups. (The instant single serve cups are really helpful for portion sizes!)
    • Dried apricots or peaches to mix in with my oatmeal. 
    • Olives for salads.
