A dentist’s clinic to enjoy

Making a visit to the dentist somewhat more enjoyable is this black and white interior by Paulo Merlini. Located in Oporto, Portugal, Merlini uses black and white to create a contemporary dental clinic that is more reminiscent of a luxury apartment then ones local dentist clinic.

The strong linear lines and the  mirrored wall create depth within the space, while the white walls and staircase allow the clinic to feel open. The pendant lights work as a striking feature floating in the ceiling space.

One thing is for sure, a clinic that looks like this must surely ease the pain of a trip to the dentist.
