I need to vent this.

I’m not skinny and I haven’t been since I was around about 7. I’ve tried to lose weight, I’ve tried 20+ different diets and nothing has made a dramatic difference. If I say I’m fat then that’s because I know I am, telling me that ‘I’m not fat’ and I’m ‘skinny’ will make me feel worse so please don’t, okay thanks.
