Remembrance Day - Written by one of my Gr.3s

My wish for you is that you don’t have to go back and fight again. I hope your family is safe and that wherever you go you’ll remember those days of the falling towers and the blowing poppies, swirling back and forth through the whispering grave yards. I wish all of your friends would be protected in heaven by God and Jesus. I will wear a poppy for you so I can remember everyone’s sacrifices. Your bravery is in my heart forever and that all our freedom comes from all those who fought for us.
