I’m a little confused by all this. I’m a white person, I think racism is wrong and i really frown upon all predjudice. I’m not sure what else I can do? Should I hate myself for being white? I’m just genuinely a bit confused here, no offence.

That isn’t me assuming, that’s the vast majority of the medical community in consensus, based on growing knowledge through hundreds of thousands of people over hundreds of years.
Fundamentally, we’re all still humans with hearts, minds, eyes, muscle, and adipose. We all metabolize energy. We all have control over the intake of energy in our bodies. As hard as it is to accept, if your body fat percentage increases to the point that it’s medically obese, no matter how well you eat, you’re still at risk for disease.

I agree - the league shit is really sad because that means you’re gauging your beauty with theirs and that’s not based on anything. You are you. Making up numbers and levels of attractiveness for people makes it so that you ALWAYS see yourself in competition. I accept that some people don’t find themselves attractive but don’t put anyone on a pedestal because you think they look good, that doesnt say shit about them as a human.
