All I want to do is make a profound impact on someone’s life. I don’t really care if I’m remembered or achieve wealth and international fame. I only care that I impact someone so profoundly that I will never leave their mind and I will never escape their soul and I will never wither away from their heart. I just want someone to know that I did good to them, that I transformed them for the better, that I made them profoundly happy in some way. Maybe I’m motivated to write so someone can come across my words and feel something that they haven’t before. Maybe that’s why I’m motivated to make films too, because I want to tell a story in which someone can resonate with on a deeply emotional way. I just want someone many years from now looking back at their life saying how much I was an influence in who they have become. There are individuals who have profoundly impacted my life, certain people who have established and molded this intense connection between us that will never be tethered and will only be strengthened as time passes. I want to be that person for someone else.
