My sister works once a week at this organic farm to produce goods that not only get sold at markets, including Union Square’s Saturday Market, but to a local CSA. They had an open house, and they asked me to essentially throw together the table last minute. We thought maybe 30 people would show but a whopping 60+ showed up. The room was packed and most of the food gone, once people came into the house. But, here are photos of the room and table. It was probably the most fun I had in a while, I want to thank Eckerton Farm for having me.
