Butter
I just watched the movie Butter. I honestly loved it. It’s about a butter carving competition in Iowa. I find the cast ensemble a bit strange but it really worked. Olivia Wilde, Jennifer Garner, Ty Burrell, Hugh Jackman, and Ashley Greene were so funny.
Olivia as a stripper who befriends a 10 year old just made my day. My favorite line of hers, directed to the 10 year old: “you beat that skanky ass bitch.” I had to resist the urge to laugh out loud at that as I am currently in my school library.
Jennifer as the stuck up pretentious jackhole, Hugh as a not so smart redneck, and Ashley as the rebellious teenage daughter of Jen and Ty were fantastic. Ty was pretty much his Modern Family character, but he worked it.
Do you have favorite actresses today? Or do you only love 60s women?
Ah! Of course I do. Although I’m a bit shallow here, since I choose my favorite actresses on their looks rather than on their skills…
Anyway, I consider Olivia Wilde to be the most beautiful woman to walk on the face of the Earth right now - I guess I’m in love with her almost as much as I am in love with Claudia!
I’ve got a huge crush on Anna Kendrick and Mila Kunis, too; and a friend told me he thought Natalie Portman was today’s Audrey Hepburn - and I agree with him!
