I haven't watched the episode, but I believe Blaine was thinking about Kurt's sneaky putting-self-tanner-in-his-lotion thing when he was getting sprayed down XD I bet he texted Kurt telling him what he was doing.
omg he probably sent a completely innocent text like “i’m putting self tanner somewhere other than my hands”
and kurt’s mind probably immediately went to “oh my god whAT”
and then blaine sent him a picture of him standing in front of a mirror, shirtless and doing a thumbs up with a goofy smile on his face.

I get what you’re saying. They sound like they’re setting him up as they did with Blaine, only he’s in a dubious club and singing a song about wanting ass, so… I dunno. I’m leery of him even when I factor out my Klaining ways. But hey, if it gives Kurt his realization and he doesn’t get hurt or anything worse then fine.
