I still don’t understand why you’re there like…every day
Of course you don’t understand why I’m there so often, and that’s sad. Sad because you must lack that happiness to not be able to imagine what it is like to be there.
I’m not there everyday. I’m there at least once a week. And I am lucky beyond belief to be able to go that often and to see my friends and be with people who make me smile.
I have fun there, and it’s somewhere I feel welcomed and loved. It’s beyond any form of description how Disneyland is much more than a “place” to me. It’s way more than that. It’s so much more than rides and overpriced food and impossible crowds. Most people describe it as “home”, which is as accurate as it could get.
I’m sorry for people like you who don’t know what that is like. I know not everyone understands the Disneyland thing, and that’s ok. I respect that. But everyone should have that in their lives. That happiness of just being able to be with people you love and admire no matter what else is happening in your life.
