Random question… if you happen to find someone in life-threatening danger, like they fell into a river, or a tree fell on them, or they’re choking on a sandwich, or they passed out on train tracks or something… and you see it, and you choose to do nothing about it, have you committed a crime? Is it similar to being arrested for not calling the cops when you see someone being murdered?

Ok, just saying, but if I was going to go on a shooting spree, I wouldn't use an assault rifle.

I’d use one of those hand guns with a silencer on it, like James Bond. You could kill way more people with less noise and interruption. 

Not that I would ever do that ever.
