She gulped. That’s all she could do at that moment. Staring at her phone screen, she just didn’t know what to do. She knew she had to get up, she knew she had to change her clothes, she knew it, but she couldn’t. April laid on the floor, her tears still streaming down her face. She could lose him. This could be their last night together! He probably knew! He knew her secret! He was going to walk away like she made him promise! Come on, April, get up! You gotta face the consequences of your words! So she did. The brunette got up and got rid of her costume, she put onher glasses, shorts, a plaid shirt and her favorite converse boots. She fixed her hair and made sure he wouldn’t notice she spent some minutes crying.
When she was ready, she took her time to get to the park, and it didn’t matter how slow she would walk, the distance was short, so she found herself in that place in a matter of minutes. The brunette looked around until she saw him. He was standing next to a tree, she couldn’t see his face because he wasn’t facing her, but she knew something wrong was happening. Her heart was racing so incredibly fast at the moment, she couldn’t believe it. This is it, she thought.
“Baby?” was everything she could say.

Comment: This is the reason why I haven’t been recommending any fanfics lately. I’ve been too caught up reading this that I haven’t read anything else. Today I finally finished all the chapters provided and I have to say that it has become one of my favourite YunJae fics, and I actually don’t read a lot since I’m picky when it comes to YunJae.
What I particularly loved about this fanfic was it’s sense of realism, as if it’s actually truly happening, especially with the prologue being structured like newspaper articles. From the description, I could already tell that there was going to be a lot of drama going on between all the members. The whole HoMin dating was, for me, a little off-putting because I actually don’t ship them in that way, I ship them more as friends than being lovers, and it got me slightly confused because I thought it was going to be a YunJae fic, but I still gave it a chance and read it, which I am happy about because this fanfic is just brilliant. It takes you in an emotional roller coaster, there are times when you will get annoyed (particularly with Yoochun and Junsu in the beginning, same goes for the manager) but as you read, it gradually gets better and you understand more on what they’re thinking, there are times where you get embarrassed for Jaejoong, times where you feel like your heart is sinking because of all the drama and revelations on the time when DBSK were split up.
The author seriously done such an amazing job writing this fic, on one of her A/N it said that she was planning this for two years and it is well planned out, I love every bit of it (though right now YunJae aren’t together - or if they ever will be, I’m not entirely sure), for any YunJae, HoMin, YooMin shippers, this fanfic is a MUST READ.

No More Secrets: Samcedes
A slightly buzzed Mercedes sighed as she pulled up to their home. If had been any other day she would have been over the moon with her news, she was finally a shot to get a start on a musical career but all she could think about was Sam. They had been doing nothing but fight recently and that was what prompted her to move out in the first place, she loved Sam with all her heart but thought that maybe the space could actually bring them closer together. But then news of his brain tumor came out and there was no way she would leave him to deal with it alone. She wasn’t even sure taking this offer to perform on new years was even appropriate giving that Sam’s surgery would take place only 5 days later. She wanted to be there for him, to reassure him but it seemed to her that he no longer trusted her. She loved Sam with all of her heart, but him hiding things from her really hurt her feelings. Lost in her thoughts she tipped toed into their apartment to find Sam sitting on the couch waiting for her. She removed her heels and made her way to him. ‘Hey baby’ she said with a sigh leaning in to kiss his cheek before taking a seat next to him.
Today
on my way to class, I saw this tent covered in post-its with random secrets of random people (No More Secrets). I started reading some and it really hurt to know the reality of how many people are hurting but are too afraid to speak up for themselves. Then I heard somebody snickering so I looked and there were three guys (or little boys in grown men’s bodies) reading the post-its and making fun of them (some of the secrets were about rape, sexual orientation, and feelings of use and abuse). I seriously SERIOUSLY couldn’t believe it. Boys like them remind me how lucky I was to go to an all-girls school. I was so heated I had to walk away.
My point is that I try so hard to look for the good in everyone, and I really do believe that everyone is good, but people like them make it so difficult to keep that mentality. I’m not sure if they were laughing because they’re just immature, if it’s a way of masking their own problems or they really just find things like that amusing. Either way, it was disturbing. Why would you laugh at other people’s problems?
