Faster-than-light neutrino results were due to a mistake
arstechnica.comAnd not just any mistake. A LOOSE CABLE.
“There was a good reason the measurements and reality weren’t lining up: a loose fiber optic cable was causing one of the atomic clocks used to time the neutrinos’ flight to produce spurious results.”

Dimension-hop may allow neutrinos to cheat light speed
newscientist.comI FIND IT EXTREMELY WEIRD THAT I WAS ASKING MY SELF SEVERAL DAYS AGO IF SOMETHING COULD BE WARPED TO ANY OTHER DIMENSION AND THAT WILL ALLOW IT TO EXCEED THE SPEED OF LIGHT BECAUSE MASS MIGHT NOT EXIST IN THE SECOND OR FIRST DIMENSION.

Neutrinos are nearly massless subatomic particles that are notoriously shy of interacting with other forms of matter. An experiment called OPERA(Oscillation Project with Emusion tRacking Apparatus) sent beams of neutrinos from a particle accelerator at CERN to a detector in the Gran Sassocavern in Italy, 730 kilometres away.
The neutrinos arrived 60 nanoseconds sooner than they would have if they had been travelling at the speed of light, the team says.
