I’m posting this embarrassing yet gratifying before and after picture of myself on Tumblr to acknowledged my accomplishment. This was not easy for me and I still struggle with my weight every today. I hope someday I may feel comfortable in my own mind and body and yet still live a healthy lifestyle.
