Petition to get Tron: Uprising a better time slot!

As some of you may or may not know, Disney XD has moved Tron: Uprising’s timeslot to Midnight on Sundays. This is incredibly disheartening, as it won’t allow new viewers to see the show, and make it very difficult for fans to watch it live. While there was always a slim chance, I really think that if the show stays in the current timeslot, there is no way it will get a second season. So if you love/care about the show, or Tron at all, please sign this petition, or call the phone number above. It may not work, but it’s better to try and fail and not try at all.

Even if you don’t watch Tron: Uprising, I please urge you to sign this as well. Why? Well, the show is one of the most unique cartooons on television today, and that creativity should be rewarded. The story itself, set between Tron and Tron: Legacy, builds the world of Tron like we’ve never seen before. 

And the artwork? Is amazing. It’s a style that is rarely seen, and Alberto Mieglo, the series art director, has really pushed the boundaries of animation. You won’t find this style anywhere else.

The Director, Charlie Bean, has made it clear that this show is a labor of love. I can say first hand that he is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, and he’s so damn passionate about what he has created, and what he’s tried to provide the fans. I think that is worth supporting.

Again, whether you watch the show or not, I urge you to sign the petition and share this post around! Get it out to as many people as you can.

Please help us try to give the show a chance. While there may be only 9 episodes left, those episodes deserve to be seen and enjoyed by *everyone*, not just people up at midnight.
