How cool, I never knew that he had wanted to audition for Bus Stop! Maybe Marilyn knew that and also since he had passed months before shooting the film she decided to put a photo of him up on the set as a little tribute to him. :-)

Just how much he means to me and what a difference he has made in my life. All his accomplishments and just they way he chose to live has inspired me to live life more, and to follow my dreams no matter what :) It sounds cheesy but its true!

LOL I really do hate it when people identify government hooker with marilyn! i just started getting into lana del rey recently. when i first heard her on snl i didn't think she was good at all but i listened to her whole album and i love it. a lot of her lyrics remind me of marilyn!

I love Lana omg Born To Die is so wonderful! Me too I think that she’s really talented and she obviously loves the whole 50s era so it’s really nice to think that people like Marilyn inspire her lyrics.
