one thing i can't wait for...

to get home and get back to my volunteering, advocating, and being apart of all the awarenesses i support. it sounds silly…but i miss being apart of the community so much.

people around here just don’t care enough. 

Today....

….sucked. I just wanna go home. I miss Santa Barbara, and little Carpinteria. #homesick.

I hate living so far away from the people who kept me sane for 18 years.

Another Lost One

You know you are not anywhere western when you have homework due first thing january 2nd. Gosh I miss my Honduran warmth. But this isn’t a sob blog. I am actually excited. We are going to go watch the New Year Fireworks near Taipei101 so that oughta be good. I’m taking my lomo, see if I can photograph anything decent. I’m Excited about 2012. I know the mayans claimed this up and coming year to be the last one, so, we might as well go out with a bang, right? Gonna go watch The Naked and The Famous, The Jezabels, Metronomy and Bombay Bicycle Club soon, so I am pumped! I guess those are the only things roaming the intense vastness of my mind so that is it. Here’s to another year lost to our bad judgement, forgettably lovely moments, terrible decisions and soon to be hilarious stories! To whomever reads this, have a lovely new year! Don’t forget to surround yourself with those that make you feel like you are worth something. Stay Gold
