There are plenty of people I don’t like, and a lot of music that just annoys the crap out of me but you will never see me in their tag talking about it. Why? Because I don’t waste my energy on something I dislike. You are very welcome to your opinion, I get that and respect it, but when you repeatedly attack a woman whose music has saved my life then you are going too far. In fact the album that you are attacking the most (cause it didn’t have commercial success) saved me after I lost my brother. It gives me strength and courage. It lifts me up and helps me make it through the hard nights. I’m not saying you have to like it, all I am asking is you stop attacking it over and over again. Please try finding something more positive to do with your time than trashing someone that means a lot to millions of people? I think we all can agree there is far too much negative bullshit in this world already.

Anyone who legit uses the term “basic bitch” as an insult on the internet though… yeah, that’s pure class. And hun, you…
It wasn’t an insult, I’m just saying that anyone who bases their love for an artist based solely off of sales, (which you seem to have forgotten, was what your post was about, which is why I said it lmfao) is an idiot, basic bitch, whatever words you’d like to use. It’s the truth. If your fave, god knows who that is, started selling less would you really stop listening to/supporting them? I’m honestly curious. If so then…I truly feel bad for you. That is a fucked up way of looking at things. Fiona Apple hasn’t had a hit in years but I’m not about to stop listening to her because she’s not on ~mtv hitz~, I listen to her because I like her music, I really don’t give a shit whether she’s ‘current’ or not and neither should anyone if they like her as an artist…

I dunno, he's ended the war, repealed DADT, created jobs, found bin Laden, and restored the US's world reputation. And thats just a few things. I'd say he's done alright :P
I think you are misinformed.
Obama has not ended the war, by any stretch of the imagination. If you’re referring to his withdrawal of troops from Iraq, that is due to an agreement Bush was required to sign called the U.S.-Iraq Status of Forces Agreement. President Elect Obama’s plan was actually to leave 30,000 American troops in Iraq. Not to mention all the civilian “defense contractors” (essentially troops who are not technically part of the U.S. military) we have in place there and other Middle Eastern nations (have you heard of Blackwater?). Also not to mention all of our invasions and troops and bombings and drone attacks specifically approved by Barack Obama in Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan, Libya, Uganda, and Afghanistan.
Yes, he did repeal DADT. I’ll give you that one.
Where can you find any proof of Obama (or the government, period) creating jobs except his campaign website?
Obama did not find Osama bin Laden. First of all his administration and the military were operating off of intelligence from the Bush presidency (I’m not trying to paint Bush as a good president, because he wasn’t, but give credit where credit is due) and all Obama did in the end was OK the assassination. The Navy SEALs get the credit for that.
I’m not sure what you mean by saying he “restored the US’s world reputation”. The U.S. is as hated, if not more hated, around the world for its interventionist policies as it has ever been. There are few who want us out of the Middle East more than most Middle Eastern civilians.
If you are interested, here are some other things you might want to look up:
- support for and expansion of Bush’s PATRIOT Act
- record numbers of immigrant deportations (something he said he would not do)
- sanctions against Iran
- NDAA
- Senator Obama (D.-III.) on July 3, 2008: “The problem is, is that the way Bush has done it over the last eight years is to take out a credit card from the Bank of China in the name of our children, driving up our national debt from $5 trillion for the first 42 presidents - #43 added $4 trillion by his lonesome, so that we now have over $9 trillion of debt that we are going to have to pay back—for every man, woman, and child. That’s irresponsible. It’s unpatriotic.” As of April 18, Obama had added more than $5 trillion to our national debt.
- Obama’s “stance” on gay marriage is hardly clear.
There’s a starting place.
