SPANISH RICE AND MINCE BEEF
This recipe came about because it was Saturday evening and i was literally stomped as to what to cook. ‘should I get takeaway ? go out for dinner??? I was so confused, I probably opened the Fridge and freezer 20 times trying to find inspiration of what to eat,and all I saw starring at me was a packet of mince and i knew i didn’t want pasta…so i Googled recipes with mince,and this Spanish Rice Recipe came up and Voila!!!!! lol lol

BEEF PIE (Pastry snack)
Hey all…i am back and i had a wonderful but short break …see here for some food photos
So i had a day off on Tuesday and i made beef mince and pasta and had some leftover mince (without the sauce added) and i was thinking of what i can make with it, then i remembered a pastry my mom use to make for my siblings and i when we were very young to take to kids parties that we were invited to (by no means is this a kids dish anyone can enjoy it :)
