You know when you have to give people letters over the phone, and you need to give them a word the letter starts with just in case they misheard you? Yeah, I’m terrible at that. Sometimes I remember the military letters (alpha, Lima, echo, X-ray, India…), but most of the time I don’t.

Today’s mishap:

Me: C as in…Cathy, but Cathy with a C. God, that was a bad example.
Lady: Haha, okay, C.
Me: I as in…igloo…
Lady: C-I.
Me: T as in…uh…tea time!
Lady: …C-I-T. Got it.
Me: Thank God.
