Meter readers use a lot of different short terminology for things so to help you with future posts here are some of what they are and what they mean.
TP - touchpad - a small black disc on a wall which enables you to read the metr externally.
INT - internal meter -you have to enter property to read meter.
BB - boundry box - the meter is in a small chaamber in a footpath,grass verge etc.
LID - a larger lid usually 20” x 6” or bigger.
RADIO - radio read - meter can be read externally by pressing a button.
AGR - agricultural - chamber usually in a field.
TGP - telegraph pole
FP - footpath
these are just a few i will explain more should i use any different ones.
