So I just got home and my stepmom greeted me by saying Maryville College called and wanted to speak with me. They told her that they’re willing to pay me $20,000 a year for tuition, boarding, food, etc. to attend the college. I should be getting more information from them in the mail regarding some luncheon/meeting they’re holding to explain further. If this is real and they’re willing to give me that scholarship, this is an amazing fallback plan should I not get accepted to the other schools come December. Maryville even has a pre-med program, which is exciting and perfect for me.
