You guys remember that one episode of PLL (can’t remember the title) where the a person on the A-team spray paints over the Rosewood population sign? It first reads population 7988 and A-team changes that.
In the Raveswood picture you see another population sign also spray painted over. Their population was 7492. Now it reads.
