"My husband of five years frequently tells me that if I put on weight he will divorce me."

Samantha Brick strikes again… and it’s terrifying to think that she’s serious about what she’s saying. Her new article seems to condone extreme dieting and essentially encourages eating disorders. She admits to creating a “polo diet” where she could live off a couple of packs of the mints a day, and that her main motivation for her diets was because she knows “men prefer slim women”, and ignores the fact she faints from hunger because she’s being asked out on dates.

This is coming from the same woman who has written articles about her struggle to become pregnant. As heartbreaking as that must be, surely her warped attitude to her diet, and the fact she lived off “1000 calories a day” will have affected her fertility. She has essentially sacrificed her chances of having a child by not eating properly for the past 30 years. As well as this, Samantha Brick chastises women for being overweight and looking like a “bulging sack in danger of imminent cardiac arrest”, but she doesn’t seen to realise she’s on the other end of the spectrum, habouring an equally unhealthy attitude towards food.

Regarding the fact her husband would end her marriage if she gained weight, he obviously doesn’t uphold the same ridiculous standards for himself, as he’s far from the slim partner he wants his wife to be.

I find Samantha Brick- especially this article- deeply troubling. What kind of message is she sending out to young girls? In fact, to anyone? That it’s okay to starve yourself, to survive on less than half of the calories you need to survive- if it’s for a man? for vanity? How this woman got a job on a national newspaper is beyond me…

Twitter, Facebook & Blackberry Messenger Are Being The Main 3 Aspects Of Why These Riots Have Been Obtained.

Misha B ''Too Black To Win X Factor''

Confident: Misha B performing on last week’s show

What a joke? i just read this article on Mail Online stating that people had complained the reason why Misha B never won the X Factor was simply because she was ”Too Black” first of all it should never be about colour it’s a competiton it should be about talent i know sometimes it does seem like Black people never hardly get through all the way however Misha B made it to the Semi Finals, Marcus Collins made it to the final & Alex Burke also was the winner a few years ago and she is too Black.

I hate seeing all this ”Minority” bullshit me myself i am mixed race and i just disagree with everybody that says things like this the famous quote from a black person ”It’s Because I Am Black” Hello!!!!! stop using colour as a reason why things don’t go your way or to plan. It’s some cheap ass excuse imagine if white people said that or mixed race people? It just sounds dumb to be honest grow up.

Misha B is a talented young woman who got far however Tulisa made it tricky for her by saying on national TV that Misha B was a ”bully” which brought Misha B’s fan base down. Nobody complained about Misha B before Tulisa made that comment, Misha kinda liked own the X Factor at one point.

Erica Sebastian a writer for The Voice Britan’s most influential black newspaper who wrote an article called ”How To Survive X Factor (If You’re Black) which ”examined” the singer’s unpopularity.

‘No doubt branding her [Misha] a bully was a major blow to her fan base,’ wrote Sebastian,‘but the secret to her lack of success is a little closer to home.’

Never forget — African and African Caribbean people are a minority in this country, so in order to win, you’ve got to appeal to the masses. This means less keeping it real and more keeping it bland — like chicken korma. Acts can’t be too spicy or have too much flavour — Mr and Mrs Average Joe from Sandbach just won’t be able to digest it.’

isit me or is this woman who wrote this article a loser? Fair enough the X Factor is mainly based on ‘Pop’ music however Cher Llyod a contestant on the X factor last year had brought urban to the competition nobody else before including black people have ever brought it as urban as she did and she is a white girl. I was happy to see that she brought some power into the competition and a different sound which worked as far as she could people was dissing her and mis judging her however because of her now people feel more open up to audition on the x factor with soul and such urban taste.

I highly disagree that Misha B never got through to the final was because of the colour of her skin if anything it’s because of what Tulisa had said about her and automatically put a look on her to save her group which it worked! Misha will make it more further then Little Mix ever could no matter who won or lost ”Sometimes when you loose you really win” & In my eyes Misha B has won you will see her more then the other contestants.

Rumours spread that Misha B & Missy Elliot will be making a track together as they tweeted each other the other day about ”Making Music” i think that would be a good duo and if the rumours are true i will look forward to hearing Misha B’s track with her.

Whether that story on the Mail is true or not, right now I feel bad for Perrie. Nobody likes to be cheated on, so imagine having the whole world know about it. Especially after recently saying how much she trusts him. Ahhh, love.
