Whenever I take a nap, I always wake up shaking.

Not like a seizure or anything, but especially in my hands, they just shake and feel extremely weak. Anyone know a possible reason why? Maybe low sugar?

I sat next to a boy with diabetes during my SAT today

He looked like he was having a low. Shaking and whatnot, I felt really bad because I couldn’t give him anything, but also because it is extra hard to concentrate when testing. I was going to talk to him afterwards, but I felt like that’d be extra weird.

I’ve been trying to eat less sugary-things to sort of balance out my blood sugar, etc. (Helps lose weight too). I still cheat w chocolate at times (or get dessert on date night) =x but for the past 2 weeks I make sure to not gorge on any type of fruit but keep it balanced with vegetables etc. Berries don’t count b/c they’re pretty low in sugar.

So despite my cheating, lately certain apples (Fuji, usually my fave) taste too sweet to me! It’s so unusual! I wonder if bananas would too. Seems like you don’t have to be perfect, but just having low-sugar meals can help retrain your taste-buds?

I wonder if working out affects taste-buds?
