Extremely shitfaced hannahblaireify, sober giver-of-armbands, and I stumble along the riverbed with nasty grabbing weeds.
To the intense surprise of everyone involved, this doesn’t work out.
Shitfaced Hannah and Injured Subtext moor themselves to the reeds near the railroad tracks.
Cari and I turn around to get everyone’s clothes, leaving giver-of-armbands to shepherd the woeful pair out of the river.
Giver-of-armbands becomes convinced that she needs to get out of the river in order to help them up, because they are sinking in the muck and will die in a few minutes.
(They’re not.)
Hannah starts to wail in misery.
Cari and I reach the place with our clothes.
We promptly walk through all of the poison ivy and proceed to find every place in the forest that is not the path.
I drop half of the clothes.
Giver-of-armbands sinks in muck up to her thighs while trying to get out of the river.
By some miracle, Hannah and Subtext have by this time managed to climb the rocky bank of the railroad and begin to walk down the tracks. Hannah appears to be reminding herself how to walk by saying “one, two, one, two, one, two” loudly with every step.
We walk through campus in our underwear.
All the sprinklers come on and block our path like we’re in a video game of cold wet misery, because why the fuck not.
3 AM.

By supporting misandry (a wholesale and misguided hatred of half the human population that is neither warrented nor justified), you’re hating a very large amount of the queer culture you claim to uphold. This is, of course, unless you were using the word lightly to mean an overall support of female empowerment. That’s a strong, hateful word for a positive cause.
