So Faberry fans get ‘No More Finchel’ trending on Twitter in a highly disrespectful bid for more attention to their ship.
Finchel fans manage to piss off the only reliable spoiler source by being dickheads about an offhand joke that one of the people on that blog made.
Brittana fans organize a mass boycott of a single episode that they don’t like because it involves one half of their ship being with someone else, including refusing to watch the episode or buy the music on iTunes.
Meanwhile, Klainers wait patiently and get such things as ‘Klaine is Eternity’ trending on Twitter.
…..and we’re supposed to be the bad guys in the fandom?

Okay, I’m gonna start this off by saying that I do ship Faberry. It’s not my OTP or anything but I do ship it. Which you probably think is weird considering this is basically an anti-Faberry post but whatever.
There is almost nothing that bothers me more than when Faberry shippers that hate Finchel go on and on about how badly Finn treats Rachel and how she deserves better but at the same time they’re okay OTP’ing Faberry, something where one half of the ship treated Rachel like absolute shit and has never once apologized. I know that Rachel isn’t the most likable character. Trust me, I do. But no one, no matter how annoying you think they are, deserves to be treated like that. Quinn has called her names, cyberbullied her, drawn pornographic images of her in the bathroom, laughed when she got slushied, among other things. And why? Because Quinn didn’t like how she dressed? Because Rachel knows she’s more talented than everyone and isn’t afraid to tell everyone? THAT’S NOT A REASON TO BULLY SOMEONE. There isn’t ever a reason to bully someone.
When Quinn got pregnant, Rachel was still nice to her and all Quinn has to say is ‘I would have tortured you if the roles had been reversed’. What the actual fuck. Here is a girl who has been bullied and yet she’s STILL nice to the one who bullied her. And Quinn doesn’t even have the decency to be nice to her about it.
It’d be different if there had been an apology. But nope, not even one. That pisses me off so much and it’s the reason I have issues with shipping it sometimes. The Faberry shippers that say ‘Oh she only did that because she’s in love with her’. UM. NO. YOU DON’T TREAT PEOPLE YOU LOVE LIKE UTTER SHIT.
I don’t ship Finchel either but jeez. Don’t go spewing hate about a ship when half of your OTP bullied the other half for no damn reason.

Just a little heads up that I don’t think I’m gonna be around as much as usual for a while. Mostly until this Quinntana/Rachel pregnancy stuff dies down.
Honestly, I think the pregnancy shit is just a scare and the next episode immediately follows I Do’s final scene.
Slowly, I’m getting less annoyed with the gifs I see for Quinntana, but I’m still irritated by the way they presented everything in the show. It was a drunken hookup and Quinn said she was probably never gonna do it again. Yeah, she probably had sex with Santana again when the scene ended, but let’s also remember that those two were really fucking drunk when they went into the room and although they weren’t stumbling and giggling in the aftermath, you don’t sober up that fast. Really, they were both still drunk to some degree.
No, sex with Santana doesn’t make Quinn gay. If you actually paid attention, you could see that Quinn was fresh off a breakup with that professor. There’s a reason they had some middle-aged guy wink at her rather than someone Quinn’s age. They wanted to show that she was stung from a breakup. You get hurt by a guy and you fall into your friends for comfort and she did that with Santana. Add in alcohol and shit happens.
Quinn is not gay. She is a straight girl who hooked up with her friend. A friend who, might I add, is no stranger to one-night-stands and meaningless sex. Santana is a person who wouldn’t let sex with a friend destroy their friendship and it was safe. Quinn wanted comfort for her breakup and she turned to Santana. Remember the last time Quinn was upset and Santana offered her comfort? Quinn assumed Santana was offering sex and turned her down. If she was drunk and looking to experiment, it makes sense for her to turn to Santana of all people.
That said, the way the show presented it was shit. We’ve got people screaming “Quinn Fabgay” from the rooftops because they’re so lost in their own OTPs that they ignored half of what Quinn said. Probably because they were too busy trending “Wrong Brunette Quinn” to even listen to what she said or cared. They take an inch and take a mile, even when there’s nowhere to take it.
People experiment and the way part of this fandom is acting is completely disgusting. You’re placing the labels you want on a character despite the things she’s said. You say she’s lying. You say she just wants Rachel. You completely ignore a character you claim to love to make your ship seem more real. Not only that, but you also present yourself as a bunch of closed-minded idiots that think the second two girls hook up, it makes them gay. Shit happens, especially when you’re drunk. If you wanna say Quinn’s gay because she fucked one girl (even though she said she probably wasn’t gonna do it again), then shouldn’t you be saying that Brittany’s straight now because she’s fucking Sam? Or that Santana’s straight because of all the times she’s had sex with men?
One encounter doesn’t define a person as gay unless they choose to define themselves as such. And guess what. Quinn hasn’t.
As a final note, we’ve now seen Quinn drunk off both hard liquor and wine. We’ve seen she gets to be an angry drunk with hard liquor and your cliche stumbling, laughing drunk when she drinks wine. Neither of which she was when she had sex with Puck, so all of you that say Puck got her drunk and raped her can sit the fuck down.
This is all I’m saying on the subjects. Don’t bother anoning me or reblogging to start fights. I’ll just delete or ignore. I’ve said my peace and I’m not gonna waste any further time on the hole Glee continues to dig itself into.
