We had the privilege of seeing this cavalier play a most solid DJ set last week, in which he featured this gorgeous melody. At the time, we all referred to it as his “untitled” track, but now the man has gone and generously informed us the title he has in mind for the killer, “Quicksand” which is more than fitting, because as soon as you start it, you get sucked in. I don’t want to get to ahead of myself, seeing as it is just the beginning of the new year, but this already has a place in my heart as one of the best for 2013. We owe a bountiful “thank you” to the guys over at Live For The Funk for pointing us in the direction of this one - thanks dudes.
