This Week

My brother, sister, and sister’s boyfriend came up to visit this week, which I really needed. I was so happy to have them up here. Brian and I took them to a few of our favorite spots, including The Lincoln Room. I forgot my camera, but thankfully Brian had his iPhone on him and I took a few photos with that.

On Wednesdays they have an all-day five dollar eating and drinking menu. All of the food was so delicious.

After dinner, we walked down to the Shout House. It’s a piano bar in the Gaslamp District that we love. It’s a lot more fun (and crowded) on weekends, but when you go on a week night it’s highly likely that they will play your requests. (Of which we made many.)
