But they seem to be interconnected castes.

And I’ve been headcanoning lately that sopor slime is really harvested lime blood.

And it’s clicking.

Been thinking that Limes are the caste that was there to actually balance out the power of indigo bloods, and having them around would keep

highbloods tame unless needed to break into a more violent path.

And they were hunted to near extinction due to Alternia becoming more and more violent.

And their presence no longer being needed.
